What this site is
The Property Adjusters is a how-to and reference site. It explains what a roof measurement report contains, how ESX and XML files land in Xactimate® and Symbility®, what belongs in a defensible claim file, how to order the measurements you need the same day, and how contractors turn a measured roof into a clean bid.
It is not a review site. It does not rank or score providers, and it does not publish comparison tables. When a guide needs a worked example of ordering or importing a report, it uses the site sponsor, Sketch My Roof, whose published prices and formats are cited on the page.
Editorial standard
Every figure on this site traces to a published source with a date: a software vendor's help center, a published price list, a formula the reader can check by hand. Where a step depends on a software version, the guide says so and points at the vendor documentation instead of inventing a click path.
Guides are re-checked when the underlying source changes, at minimum quarterly. Found something out of date? Tell the desk and it gets rechecked against the live source.
